All orders are shipped on business days only. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Below 10nos order – $30 ( within Singapore, Islandwide )
Above 10nos order – FOC ( within Singapore, Islandwide )
Order Process
We will start working on processing your order once it is placed. You can log in to your account to track the status of your order.
- Pending – The order has been processed; however the payment has yet to be confirmed.
- Processing – The payment has been received, we are processing the order.
- Shipped – The item has been shipped.
Track an Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with carrier and tracking information. If your order has not arrived at the estimated delivery date, please email us at enquiry@gowell.com.sg
Change of Destination
Delivery address cannot be change once order has been placed. Please ensure the delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order.
Not Available on The Scheduled Delivery Date
If you are not at home on the scheduled delivery date, our appointed courier service will contact you to arrange for an alternate delivery date and time
Wrong Item Shipped/Missing Item
If you received a product that is not what you have ordered, or missing something from your order, please email us at enquiry@gowell.com.sg within 3 business days from the day you received the product for further assistance.
